We named our restaurant after a beautiful place in Northern
Vietnam called Ha Long Bay.
Ha Long literally means descending dragon in Vietnamese.
The bowl serves as the body of water in place of Ha Long Bay,
located in the Gulf of Tonkin in Vietnam. It includes some 1,600 islands and islets, forming a spectacular seascape of limestone
pillars. The two islands depicted on top of our pho bowl is that of the famous trade mark of Ha Long Bay.
